Buying and downloading

You pay once through Stripe, download a zip right away, and can download it again from your account whenever you need it.

Checkout

1. Open Packs and choose a product.
2. You are sent to Stripe Checkout to pay. SkillPlug never sees your card details.
3. After payment, Stripe sends you back to the SkillPlug thanks page.

Packs are one-time purchases. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

The thanks page

The thanks page checks your payment and lists every file your purchase includes, each with its own Download button. For example, the Step 1 + Step 2 Bundle lists one zip with both systems, each system on its own, and the original v1 Med Student skills.

• If it says it is still confirming your payment, refresh the page in a minute.
• The same link is emailed to you with your receipt. Keep that email: the link works for re-downloads.

Your account

Your purchases are matched to the email address you paid with.

1. Go to your account and sign in with that email. You get a one-time code to type in (no password).
2. Your packs are listed with Download (or Download all plus each file on its own).
3. The account is also where your private dashboards and your SkillPlug key for opt-in sync live.

If you signed in and see "No paid packs on this email yet", sign out and sign in with the email you used at checkout.

What's in the zip

Each v2.1 system unzips to one folder (for example step1-pack/) that contains an INSTALL.md. Combined downloads add a START-HERE.md that lists the folders inside. Next step: install the pack.

Updates and refunds

• Updates are free. When a pack improves, re-download it from your account.
• 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@skillplug.io within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to your original payment method.
