What we collect

• Your email address, if you give it to us: at checkout, when you join the free sample list, or when you create an account.
• Order details from Stripe: which pack you bought, when, and whether the payment succeeded.
• Download activity tied to your purchase, so we can deliver your files and stop link abuse.
• Basic site analytics (pages visited, device and browser type) through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights.

Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How we use your information

• To deliver your packs and give you download access after checkout.
• To send receipts, support replies, and, if you joined the sample list, occasional product emails.
• To understand which pages and packs people use, so we can improve the store.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that run the store (Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and analytics, and our email provider). We do not sell personal data. We do not share it for advertising.

Retention and your choices

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and support. Sample-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time by writing to support@skillplug.io.

Cookies

The store uses minimal cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. No ad trackers.

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
