What SkillPlug is

A SkillPlug pack is a folder of instruction files (each one a SKILL.md) that tells an AI assistant how to coach you through one part of med school. It is not an app and it is not a single prompt. The paid v2.1 systems are built for months of use:

  • A root orchestrator. The pack's top SKILL.md runs every session: it loads your saved state, orients you in three lines or fewer, routes your request to the right sub-skill, and closes with one dated next action.
  • Phases. Each system is split into phases (Step 1 has seven, from orientation through the result). Each phase has its own sub-skills, such as a dedicated schedule builder or a go/no-go decision.
  • Memory. Everything the coach learns is written to a skillplug-state/ folder in your workspace as plain files you can read and edit. Nothing depends on chat memory.
  • Daily and weekly loops. A two-minute morning plan and evening log, a weekly review that re-plans the next seven days, and a miss log for every question you get wrong.
  • Outputs you can use. Printable PDF checklists and logs, a local HTML dashboard, and (only if you turn it on) a private dashboard on your SkillPlug account.

The coach does the planning, logging, analysis, and accountability. You do the learning. It plans your time and studying; it is not medical advice, and your school and advisors come first.
