What exactly am I buying?+
A pack of skill files: structured instruction sets that plug into your AI assistant and turn it into a specialist. You get the files instantly after checkout, plus a two-minute install guide.
Which AI assistant do I need?+
Any major one. Every pack includes two install methods: a skill folder for assistants that support skills, and a copy-paste version that works anywhere you can paste text. If your assistant takes instructions, it takes SkillPlug.
Is this a subscription?+
No. You pay once, download once, and keep the pack. Updates are included: when we improve a skill, buyers get the new version by email, free.
Are these written from real workflows?+
Yes. Every pack is built from real workflows for rotations, board prep, residency applications, and manuscript submissions, then generalized so they work for you.
What if it doesn't work for me?+
Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. No forms, no exit interview.
I'm not in med school. Is this for me?+
The packs are built for medical training. The Researcher pack also fits grad students and residents publishing papers; the others assume med school coursework and rotations.
How do updates work?+
We email buyers a download link whenever a skill in their pack is updated. Keep the email; it's also your proof of purchase.
What is the dashboard, and which packs include it?+
A prebuilt progress page in your SkillPlug account: countdowns, today's checklist, score trends, study and miss logs, weak areas, and for aways your applications, offers, letters and budget. Step 1 and Step 2 CK (each on its own, or together in the Step 1 + Step 2 Bundle) and Away Rotations (in Residency Application) each come with one.
Do I have to turn on sync?+
No. Sync is optional. Without it, everything still works from the files on your computer, and the pack's dashboard skill can build you a private dashboard file that opens straight from disk. Turn sync on if you want to check your progress from any device.
Is my dashboard data private?+
Yes. Synced data is private to your account. It is never public, never sold and never mined, and you can delete it any time from the AI agent page in your account. Your own files stay the source of truth.
Where do I find my packs after I buy?+
Your download is ready right after checkout. Any time later, sign in to your SkillPlug account with the email you bought with and download it again.
