14-day money-back guarantee

Every SkillPlug pack is covered for 14 days from the purchase date. If a pack is not useful to you, email us and we refund it in full. Refunds are issued by VerityAI, LLC, the company that operates SkillPlug.

How to ask

Email support@skillplug.io from the address you used at checkout, and say which pack you bought. That is all we need.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. After we approve the request, Stripe typically takes 5 to 10 business days to return the money to your account.

Notes

• You do not need to give a reason. If something was broken or confusing, telling us helps us fix it, but it is never a condition of the refund.
• After the 14 days, write to us anyway if you hit a genuine problem, such as a corrupt file or the wrong pack delivered. We will make it right.
